Regarding custom samples, you can either provide us with your design sketches, measurements, and brand logo, and we will create samples based on your specifications. Alternatively, you can choose a similar style from our website and have it customized with your logo and measurements. We offer both ODM and OEM services.
Typically, there is a cost associated with producing samples and customizing elastic bands. However, if a customer places a bulk order, the sample production cost will be refunded. Generally, it takes us 7-20 days to create samples. If elastic bands customization is not required, the lead time is 7-15 days. If custom elastic bands with logos are needed, the timeline may be longer. This is the timeframe required for producing customized underwear.
